How do I start the Dispute process?through your account in Transaction detail click ( open dispute ) , then you can contact the seller and Ask him for solutions .
If you purchase any eligible goods and pay by Paysilk to the merchant, and you do not receive the goods. You will get refunded your full money. If you purchase any eligible goods and pay by Paysilk to the merchant, and not as described. You can Return the item and replace it. If the merchant does not respond to you. You will get refunded your full money.
All sellers are required to guarantee that their products are delivered on time, this is also known as On-time Delivery.
On each product page on Seller website you can find within how many days a seller ships out a product and within how many days this product should be delivered.
On-time Delivery starts the moment the sellers has shipped out the product.
If you have purchased anything and paid via Paysilk , but didn't receive it within the seller’s guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by sellers for every product they sell via Paysilk.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for via Paysilk, and you find it is not as described Or different size or color you can contact the seller to resolve these problems (according to the seller's set of returns guarantees).
You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with seller.
All disputes should be resolved and answered as soon as possible, in the case that one of the parties to the dispute has not responded for more than 7 days !! The dispute will be closed in favor of the other party.
